Ioana Puscas is a Researcher on artificial intelligence with the Security & Technology Programme at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR) in Geneva, Switzerland. Her work covers various aspects of AI and autonomy, including ongoing multilateral processes.
Before joining UNIDIR, Ioana was Senior Research Officer at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), working on emerging technologies.
She holds master's degrees from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) and from Central European University.
